A message from our Managing Director
For the last two decades SafeGroup have delivered an enviable level of service to its clients. The foundation of our business can be seen living and breathing in our values and culture.
We look after our colleagues, look after our clients, our suppliers and our partners, we trust in one another and enable the truth to be spoken without fear of repercussion.
I am a firm believer in empowering our people to be themselves and build their careers, build their knowledge, skills and experience. Whilst providing the support and guidance required to achieve their individual goals. To achieve this we know colleagues must come front and centre, only by positioning our culture to be lead by our colleagues can we maintain and enhance our service delivery to our customers.
That’s why we’re committed to the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and continue to invest in the latest colleague support, technology, training and equipment to deliver the best results for our clients and partners.
Culture is incredibly important to us at SafeGroup, we are constantly evolving and learning to enable us to offer the best possible working environment for our colleagues, which, in turn, assists us in providing the best possible service delivery to our clients.
Our people are our business, we thrive through supporting and guiding progression, development and affording opportunities to our people.
Empowering our people to be independent and to make decisions, and mistakes, without a subconscious fear of repercussions is powerful, supporting and training our people when mistakes happen is equally important and a vital part of their development and learning.
2025 has seen huge strides being made in our effort to offer the best supported workplace we can, two major milestones, that are already having a big impact and making a big difference, are colleague development and wellbeing.
We have embarked on a journey to provide a fully funded apprenticeship scheme to our colleagues, delivering management training amongst other training and development opportunities, which is now live and providing multiple colleagues free education and development.
We have appointed a retained and fully qualified Mental Health Lead, with 22 years’ experience in fields such as Cognitive behavioural therapy, eye movement, desensitisation, and reprocessing therapy, brief solution focused therapy, providing fully company funded, quick access to independent professional mental health support for any of our colleagues. Mental Health plays a significant role in society and it is crucial for us to be able to support our colleagues whether work related or not, through quick access to support.
Our SafeHands award scheme provides a means of recognising amazing work by our colleagues, voted for by all colleagues monthly, it is a means of recognition that is vital to maintaining morale and motivation.
We look after our people and they will look after you.

“We have been working in partnership with Safegroup for approximately 3 years now. We have developed the account over the past few years and have found Safegroup very easy to deal with. They have supported us on numerous disasters and always delivered works to a high standard. Communication has always been great throughout. It’s piece of mind knowing we have their support whenever required.”
The main message behind the ‘values’ is ‘RESPECT’ and we really believe we should ‘RESPECT’ ourselves, our colleagues and our customers. It is all about feeling connected, open, and inclusive.
“Can you speak the truth without fear of repercussion?”
