Much of the work SafeGroup provides is site based, so operatives need to be flexible about working around the country, be prepared to travel and work during out of hours periods, when required. Dealing with our customers who are experiencing distressing emergency situations requires compassion and empathy, and the ability to be organised and good problem-solving capabilities. A can-do attitude is important to enable us to be responsive to the needs of our many and varied customers and ‘safety first’ is built within the ethos of everything we do at the SafeGroup.
