Biohazard house cleaning – Social Housing, Lincoln, Lincolnshire

One of our deep cleaning teams used their biohazard cleaning skills to the full, spending three days removing huge amounts of waste from a rented house. The property was so full of food packaging, bottles, and drinks cans that it was impossible to move around some rooms.

Great care had to be taken, including carrying out needles and sharps sweeps, to ensure all hazards were dealt with safely. Items that were too dirty and contaminated to be safe to reuse were removed for disposal at a registered waste site.

All surfaces were hygienically cleaned and disinfected. Fogging was also carried out to remove odours. The property was then ready to be safely handed back to the social housing landlord, in a fit state to be occupied again.
