SafeGroup’s high level access cleaning service helps commercial and industrial customers maintain the highest standards of building maintenance, site safety and visible cleanliness.
Cleaning at height – even just metres from the ground – presents safety challenges that requires specific expertise and qualifications that SafeGroup’s trained and experienced teams always deliver.
Our high level access cleaning personnel hold IPAF and PASMA qualifications for using access platforms and work towers, supported by rigorous in-house training and supervision. This ensures our cleaning is carried out effectively and in full compliance with customer procedures and health and safety legislation.
SafeGroup teams regularly clean at height in a wide range of premises, including offices, factories, shopping centres and residential buildings – carrying out cleaning both internally and externally. Key tasks including gutter cleaning, graffiti removal and bird dropping cleaning.
We will carry out a free site survey. A full risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) is prepared. A survey report is provided with every job, including before and after photographs to show the high standard of work carried out. This is accompanied by a cleaning certificate for customer due diligence records.
Our high level access cleaning teams work across many sectors, ensuring we always have the insight and experience to carry out all projects in a timely and safe way.
We provide a reactive and planned high level cleaning service for facilities management companies, property management companies, home builders, construction companies, retailers, shopping centre owners, transport providers, and manufacturers.
Our specialist teams work around the clock seven days a week, so can carry out high level cleaning at any time of the day or night, in accordance with health and safety requirements, which can minimise disruption for clients in busy working environments.
SafeGroup personnel use appropriate PPE, are trained and qualified for all working at height tasks they carry out, and act professionally at all times, making them exceptional brand ambassadors.
We always use the appropriate specialist access equipment, including cherry pickers, scissor lifts and access towers. We also work closely with supply chain partners to provide specialist services, including scaffolding and rope access teams, if they are needed.
SafeGroup works with customers to deliver high level cleaning as part of their planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme so it is carried out at the appropriate frequency to maintain key benefits.

High level cleaning is a high risk facilities maintenance task. Falling from height is one of the main causes of workplace death and injury. In many cases, victims had been working on ladders as little as two-metres from the ground.
This is why potentially complex and arduous tasks like industrial cleaning at height, which often involve the use of specialist equipment, must only be carried out by trained and experienced personnel.
Attempts to cut corners by using untrained or untested staff is both unproductive and puts organisations at very significant legal risk.
At SafeGroup we have a team of highly trained staff who specialise in high level access cleaning. We offer this service across the United Kingdom.
