Our specialist project delivery teams, lead by our Head of Projects, Sean Roberts, and supported by our team of Project Managers, deliver
specialist cleaning projects across the UK.
We understand that with a project there are usually complexities of a technical nature, these can manifest as working at height, sometimes extreme heights, access equipment, longer durations, night working, confined spaces among many other technical and complex safety and compliance obstacles.
Our technical experience spans over 20 years in business and provides over 100 years of combined technical knowledge and experience in dealing with and delivering technical, large and small scale and complex projects.
Safety of our colleagues, clients and members of the public is naturally paramount, our SHEQ team will provide site and task specific risk and method statements, including COSSH if any chemicals are to be used during the process. Unannounced safety audits, means we are able to constantly improve and adapt processes and training. Whilst our PPE is fit for purpose, specific to each task and provides the highest level of protection for our colleagues. Our teams carry training passports embedded in their I.D. badges enabling anyone to view their qualifications with a quick scan of the QR code.

Projects often deviate from initial scope, unforeseen delays outside of our control mean we have to work with our clients to pivot and plan quickly, responding to ad hoc requirements ensuring the original scope is delivered, whilst incorporating new or additional requests and working around those unforeseen issues.
Tracking and reporting on progress of a project is equally as important as delivering the project itself. Daily tracking and reporting is always provided, this can be tailored to the specific needs or requirements of each project, ensuring both client and supplier are equally informed with an open book approach.
Our approach is different, we don’t asses methodology like others, we look to innovate, we look to seek the most efficient and cost effective solution, if that means being able to complete a project minimising access equipment, in the process saving money and time, we look to implement these solutions first.
Whatever the project, we will survey, assess, provide a full written report and recommendations, speed is of the essence when we are asked to bid for a project, our aim is to provide a full suite of feedback and proposals within 48 hours of survey.
