Our planned and periodic services provide peace of mind to our clients, by maintaining sites regularly we prevent the need for emergency and reactive, often more costly visits.
Planned simply means, we have a schedule, in advance, to attend and complete a set task or tasks on a regular basis, usually recurring at multiple frequencies throughout a period of time. This could be an annual gutter clean, or it could be six monthly, it could be a quarterly deep clean or a kitchen deep clean.
Our experience and knowledge will support and guide you on the frequencies required, as often they can vary from one location to another for the same service, i.e. gutter cleaning may be required annually at one location but every six months at another due to the environment surrounding the building, over hanging trees for example.
Similarly a commercial kitchen may require a six monthly deep clean due to the number of covers that are served and or the type of food being served, whereas a less frequently used kitchen may require only an annual deep clean. (Excluding TR19 duct cleaning which should be completed in line with legislation).
Our Operations team plan and schedule our periodic tasks in advance, enabling our helpdesk to communicate attendance dates, arrange access and discuss any site specific requirements or issues with the client enabling a smooth planned visit.
All visits are tracked and reported with photographic before and after evidence alongside a works report, we task our teams to look for any issues, outside of our scope of work, that you, the client may need to be aware of, i.e. a leaking boiler or a smashed window, although not in our scope, we believe it is incumbent upon us as a service delivery partner to be our clients eyes and ears when on site and report any issues back so that they can be assessed and dealt with.
Delivering planned and periodic specialist cleaning often requires specialist equipment, our continued investment in technology and physical equipment means we are minimising hire costs and able to in many cases provide a more efficient service visit through best in class equipment in stock and on the vehicle. Specialist equipment can be provided to support the non standard requirements and our delivery team will take care of it all, meaning the client can rest safe in the knowledge that the highest standards of safety and quality are being adhered to.
