Lloyds Pharmacy, a leading community health provider, faced the significant logistical challenge of maintaining clinical-grade cleanliness across a vast national estate. With over 600 locations requiring specialist attention, the primary hurdles included:

- Diverse Environments: Each site featured different flooring types, ranging from high-traffic retail vinyl to restricted-access clinical storage rooms.

Our Response: Bespoke National Floor Restoration & Hygiene Program
SafeGroup implemented a data-led national maintenance programme tailored to the unique footprint of the pharmacy chain:
- Strategic Scheduling: To ensure zero downtime, our teams carried out all work during out-of-hours windows from 18:00 – 06:00.
- Specialist Cleaning Methods: We applied deep-clean techniques specifically for Vinyl and Tile, revitalising retail areas averaging 478 square feet per site.
- Methodological Testing: At the Wendover and Princes Risborough branches, we tested different cleaning methods on storage room floors to determine the most effective treatment for the client away from customer view.
- Proactive Communication: Any site-specific issues were resolved through direct, transparent communication with regional management to ensure the project remained on track
